game is great and funny

The game is fun. Its not too difficult either. Playing out the Star Was story was cool. I enjoyed it very much.

Ran the game on a Mac running OS X 10.6.8 2.16GHz CPU / 2 GB RAM / 128 MB Graphics Card - all meeting or above the criteria needed to play the game as posted. I have 2 monitors, and Im attempting to run the game on my 2nd monitor, a Cintiq 21UX graphics tablet screen (not that it should make any difference which screen I choose). Ive tried reducing the graphics quality in the options before the game loads to see if graphics stability improves, without any luck. The game encounters graphics glitches where big patches of color flood the screen almost immediately. Sometimes I can exit the main starting room, and start an adventure, but soon after graphics glitches turn my screen into patterns of colors. While this happens, the computer slows down so much I can not even toggle the "Return to Finder" option after hitting command-Q to quit. The longest I can play the game is about 3 minutes. Disappointing especially after paying $29.99 for the game at the Mac store. Please fix the problem.

I play this game with my 6 year old son. He is a HUGE Star Wars fan and he cant get enough of this game. We currently play one character together (I move the character and he uses the lightsaber, he jumps and he uses the other special keys). Its a great introduction to gaming and we use it to spend time together. The game itself is fantastic: the game play follows the storyline of all six movies. You can follow the basic script of the storyline, or, you can "free play" on the levels as well (after you complete the storyline first). The graphics are great, the gameplay is intuitive and interesting, and the quality of the game is good. This game is providing us with hours of fun. I highly recommend this game.

This game is great! i definately recomend getting it. lots of levels for hours of fun. its definately worth the $30!

No issues running this game on a 2011 iMac. Must say though, I have more than once had to check the net for a walkthrough in some spots. Kids may love how this looks, but itll take an adults help to get past some points.

How do you save it? Right now i have to start at the beginning every time i close it. Also, I would like to be able to have it windowed and not always full screen. Otherwise i think a great game.

I’ve played a couple of the other Lego games (Batman 2 and Avengers) and this one doesn’t compare. The handling, sound, and overall functionality of the game is very poor. It must be an early incarnation of the Lego games because it’s pretty weak.

I loved this game when I was a kid, so I bought it for nostalgia, and it didn’t disappoint. Destroying tons of LEGO battle droids or Stormtroopers is the best! It’s a great game for kids, and still fun for a nineteen-year-old who hasn’t quite grown up yet! Runs super smoothly on my mid 2012 MacBook Pro (8GB RAM, 2.3 GHz Core i7).

when i play the game more then 30 minutes the game gets muted. Anyone know why ?

Yesterday I gave this a one-star rating because there was no apparent way to play as a single player, and there were numerous problems. Today, Ive figured it out. When you start up, youll see avatars of two characters and get a prompt to "press F2 to start." DONT. What the instructions should have said was "press F2 to enter two player mode." By avoiding two player mode, everything suddenly works fine. You can switch between characters using the "K" key, and the rest of the time the other characters will tag along and be helpful by themselves. The controls are a bit klutzy when using a keyboard, which is why Im glad my character immediately regenerates every time he gets blown to pieces by imperial blasters. Additionally, your goals are frequently unclear in the levels. Finally, there are bugs (surprising in a game this age) in which characters suddenly walk through walls, bumping into invisible barriers, or run through mid air. Fun moments, nice visuals, and the classic Star Wars sounds - but all in all a disappointment.

bought this game out of lego nostalgia and love of star wars. had to watch some reviews to get over the kiddie factor, but the game is fun even for an adult. this game could have easily gotten 5 stars from me, but there seems to be an issue the company is aware of where the games sound will just turn off only to be fixed with an app restart. After e-mailing the company they said they had no plans to fix this as it happens rarely (though it did happen to me a few times).

This game is amazing! A nice long Game that is fun to play. It also has fun multiplayer action. The controls arent so great but, I just plug in my game controller and im good. Worth the cash 100%. Best time killer ever.

This game is the best lego starwars game I have ever played! I was waiting for it to come out on teh Mac App Store! It is def worth the money. It runs well and it has great video quality. Buy it!

This game - is the best. whats cooler than combining the creativity of Lego with awesomeness of Star Wars? the answer? nothing. this game is top notch. 6 Star Wars episodes, 6 stories from each of those, free play, challenge mode, Duels, Battle Enemies, super story, collect studs.... it is IMPOSSIBLE to get bored with this game! bring a buddy in at any time with amazing co-op mode! this game is super fun, while remaining on the challenging side.... a must have for all super mac gamers!! I play it everyday, and i highly recommend it to everyone!

I bought the game, unaware that it is two player only. You apparently cannot play this as a singler player. FYI. I wish Id known.

Very good adaptation. The graphics are great, SUPER amazing controls (espicially sense you can connect a PS3 controller, etc), and overall just very well adapted. To anyone reading this review and this game is not on your computer, BUY IT NOW.

Not only did they put one of the best games of all time on the mac, but they improve it! The time it takes to load levels is reduced, and the play time is increased. Its also 20$ cheeper than in stores. A great buy.
